Just recovering from a severe back ache, as a result of not warming up before a game of 5-a-side football, then not warming down and then going out to party, pretty daft really especially at my age. Anyway, not managed to do much on my blog, over the weekend due to having some friends down from Birmingham, who, let’s put it this way like to let their hair down and they don’t have much of that.

Was going to video the whole weekend so you could have a laugh at my expense, but the camcorder would not focus so gave it a miss.
